Here is a performance of students from the dance department of Makerere University. The dance is called the Kitaguriro (or Cow Dance), is from South West Uganda and originated with the Bayankole people

OMG!!! This looks kinda like the dances of Kunama & Nara ppls of Eritrea! The bottlecap "ankle bracelets", hats, jumps, almost everything!

DAMN it never stops amazing me how similar we Africans are to one another; lovin it.
