That static you are hearing on 360 meters can be eliminated by installing the optional Pineapple Filters. Those can be purchased from a dealer for $4500 a pair or you can get four for $25 on ebay. I heard that the Collins Clove filters are pretty good too for 0 meters. C U 73s

You hams need a real radio like a cobra 2000 or a ranger, thems big radios unlike them crappy icoms or yazuus, man my antrons got 60 dolby an talks rings around the best ham beam, it takes a professional to do cb

Those Shitty Ham Radios are delicate when it comes to humidity...and you have to send them to Japan to repair them...that would be the reason why i dont like them...other than that...they're good for shortwave listening only...
