OMG, this video and some of the comments ... : P The train conductor is resposible for the saftey of the riders aswell as the people NOT PAYING ATTENTION on the walk way. Yes, you are absolutly correct that if he hit some one then it would be an amazing lawsuit ... IF HE HIT SOMEONE :) i mean you can get hit on your way to work for crying outloud haha all im saying is dont ASSUME that he will hit some one, OR that you are doing a public service anouncement haha Dont be a Don't Be, Be a Doo Be

They should make a ramp to the second floor just so it can run over any "obstructions". Its a train. Deal with it.

Well, when the parents leave their children with the train conductor it could be the last time they may see their children. The conductor looks like he weights 300 lbs and not in shape to chase someone incase they kidnapp a child. Something to think about.....

I work on one of these. They really aren't all that dangerous, the train only goes 3 miles an hour and there are safety precautions we take when the malls are crowded. There is a sensor at the front of the train so that it automatically stops if anyone or anything gets in front of it.

I personally think it just gets in the way. First time I saw it I was just walking around the mall one day and all of a sudden I look up and out of nowhere there is this big, obnoxious train just coming straight at me that took up like the whole middle of whatever side it was on. I believe the guy filming went a little too far with this too but it is extremely annoying. As if crowds of idiots that like to take up the whole side and walk slower than snails wasn't annoying enough here.

Just about every mall has one of these now. This guy is a pussy who took the video, where the hell have you been? You must have not been to all that many malls!
