  • I took show-tech myself and if you want proof i can take pics of the bottles. I took 5 caps a day and worked out 5 days a week. I did not gain anything. And i added 500 to 800 calories a day along with creatine and then i noticed a tiny bit of gains of half an inch in 3 weeks. It truely is a waiste of money and i think that just eating more and taking the creatine is what gave me the tiny bit of an increase. I would suggest no normal supplements besides creatine, whey protein and food.
