I would guess about 10 seconds slower at least. Nascar cars are heavy and only have 4 gears so they are much slower than an open wheel car on road tracks like this.

proper circuit? yeah because real racing is on road courses when all the cars are 10 secs apart and the closest they get to each other is in the pits

I've never been a fan of NASCAR, mainly due to the fact that they only raced ovals.
However, racing stock cars on proper circuits like the Gilles Villeneuve Circuit is absolutely brilliant.

How fast are the lap times for the Nascar cars? The fastest lap in Formula 1 on that circuit is 1.13:622 set in 2003.
