thats whats up, i race my 98 carovan when ever im cruzin on i-4 won 9 out of 11 races, i guess people are to scared to get inbetween cars at high speed =o
I know space is rather limited on these vans, i have one. if you pull the plastic cover off (4? screws) on top of the core support, you can get behind the grille and front bumper cover and have a little more flexibility with what youre doing. Check it out. hope this helps.
Yep, it's the air gap. Definately necessary. Also, it looks like your hoses go down from the cell the up into the res which would make a gravity feed loop. The output to the res should be above the fluid line and not drop.

Yep its the horizontal install. I had one horizontally installed and couldnt keep water from entering the engine. Need that gap.

all you need is to add a reservoir to it and that will save all your issues and it circulate on its own

ya not enough air gap in side the cell.tilt it and remove ya need like 2 inch gap. very nice though .
