Huracan HR-07-NZ First Look at the Prototype

Here she is, the big sister of the Optima. The Huracan has been worked from the bottom up to take away all the mess that was the Magnum S9. The 8v line has been beefed to take away the tinny sound from the S9. Inside you will see many new components and this helps eliminate what was bad inside the S9. Internal fan over the finals, holes in the bottom of the case also allow the radio to breath and soon in other revisions you will see the DIMMER Gone and be replaced with 100khz,5khz and 1khz so makes things easier. The echo may also leave as not needed really. Remember these radios are not for sale and are early workings of the radio. This one makes 25-28mhz and in the real version for sale will make 24-30mhz so remember this. Anyways, as promised here is the small look for you............

@CARYVER70 This radio came from the man who designed it, and is indeed a prototype. There are many evolutions of the radio, now from 24.500 and with Icom mike wired sockets, more power etc etc/ This radio works till 30mhz so is not the same as the one mentioned before. SURE, can be the same indeed radio, but different frequencies, different filter, different mike wiring and different firmware inside.

where is this available in the USA ? How much in USD ??? If this is a prototype how do you explain what's in this youtube link LLAMADORES RADIO BANDA CIVIL posted May 1st 2010 ? Clearly the Mexican guy has the Huracan back in May

@SmakitNicely The Huracan is a 10/12m radio and this one does not do it. Thats reason 1 its a prototype. YETICOMNZ search this on google and you can order the new 8 pin mike versions when they are available. MAIL ORDER thats how you get the version that is the full 10m and 12m radios.

Hey there, i see that the youtube channel has a video about this radio posted in May. He posted a comment here on this video, his channel name is CARYVER70. He says he bought his radio in 2009 and it goes drom 25.015-28.000. I see someone already asked a question similar to this but i didnt quite get your explanation. If this is a prototype how come that guy has had one since 2009?
