This video highlights the serious abuse associated with pseudoephedrine and methamphetamine. It describes the prevalence and short and long term effects of abusing these agents. In addition, it explains the need for health care providers and parents to be actively involved in educating the young about the seriousness of abusing these products. The creative minds behind the video are 2nd year professional pharmacy students at Northeastern University School of Pharmacy, Therapeutics with Self Care Emphasis course.
Pseudoephedrine should be a banned, it has been reponsible for production of meth and so many lives destroyed. No one needs sudafed, no one is going to die of they dont use it. Its use is not as criticcal as other medications like antibiotics. I get sick regularly with colds, flues, hayfever and I have only used sudafed once in my entire lifetime, it is not necessary. There are plenty of alternative products that can be used and it should be banned because of it abuse potential

Psedoephedrine is a pathetically weak stimulant. It's effects are purely adrengic so all it will do is make you jittery. If I want to study I'll pop some ritalins

I made the mistake of taking a Sudafed last night thinking it would help me sleep because my sinuses were bothering me and I was stuffed up. That didn't work so well. :p

What yer tellin meth cooks is they can only make 9 grams a meth each month When what you should be telling them is the only way you can obtain the ingredients to cook meth is wth a doctors prescription an a drug test I mean whos to say these yawhos aint opperating heavy macinery or toating a gun High as hell on the drugs they made from the common household products that they had no bussiness being able to purchace There should be some sort of civil liability

Very good film! I'd never touch meth, disgusting drug! Although I have taken pseudoephedrine before when I had sinusitis and yeah I felt quite on the perky side! lol But I think it's in people's nature to want to alter their consciousness whether that be coke or E or simply alcohol. It just seems that way to me.

It is used to make meth. You can take 6 of them and be more alert but nothing close to the high you get from meth.
