It's from Distortions Unlimited as part of their resurrection series. But someone has already checked, they stopped selling it.

The sounds bytes are a combination of several bytes from Poison props Volume 1 monsters and zombies cd.

AWSOME PROP!!!!!! i'm building my one right now,but mine seems to have a big forward lean.any ideas?

Try rotating the lower arms (or elbows) so they point away from each other more. If that doesn't work you may not have the arms separated properly. The closest points on the arms should be about 27 inches apart.
