Jab, slip, turn (pivot): This drill is focused to improve your footwork in MMA striking or boxing. Speed, balance and angles are essential to your striking game in MMA. Set up hooks, cross and uppercuts from this drill.
Also good as a warm up drill. Also good for self / solo training and when you are recovering from injuries or as a technical cardio exercise
