Ya id say you're right. Canada has been tracking the UFO phenomena for a long time though, it was one of the first nations to look into it, i wonder if contact was made between us in the 50's when we had that research station that was tracking the UFO's fly over head Ottawa. The reason I made the comment in the first place was that my government, over the years has developed a track record of incompetence, so much so that i feel its intentional. I have a hard time believing we were contacted.
