Who doesn't think of something pumpkin related when thinking of fall? I personally love pumpkin rolls and when I found a HEALTHY pumpkin roll Shakeology recipe, I knew that I had to try it!
• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and/or nutmeg
• 2 Tbsp. low fat cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp. sugar-free Cheesecake flavored Jello pudding powder
• 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2-1 cup of ice, to desired thickness
*sprinkle on some chopped walnuts for effect! (optional)
