The suspension of ToryMagoo44 is either an outrageous act of a careless bureaucracy or the ill advised reponse to Legal bullying by the C0$.
This has happened before and can be reversed.

Those are the facts Tory and Mark and I and others are disseminating about C0$. Plus the despicable details of The Disconnection and the Fair Game Policy still in force.

If Scns can accept those facts and face the truths of the criticism, then a dialog will ensue. However as long as Scns deny reality, then no rational and meaningful dialogue will take place. BTW, a very large number of Anons are over 35 and many are ex scns. Remvoing critics does not negate the facts Scns do not want to face.

At about 2 pm EST ToryMagoo44 was restored in its entirety by YouTube.

Why it was taken down is still a mystery.

Why it was reinstated so quickly is *not* a mystery.

There are literally hundreds of Islamic extremist vids on You tube denouncing Israel, threatening death to Jews and making absolutely falacious claims like "eating children and using their blood." Blatant Bigotry, even Hate Speech.

Disparaging Hubbards *false* claims of scientific proof for his "tech" is not bigotry it is criticism.

Bigoted speech in my country is Hate Speech and is illegal.

The authorities have already stated my criticism is not hate speech or hatred.

Glad it was restored, but I'm thinking it may be scientology probably pounding youtube with all sorts of complaints to the point that they thought youtube get peace by suspending it. They were wrong.

i aint gonna go so far as posting a video with me complaining about this, but i will say that it seems very unfair to deny some people acces after posting a video, with their thoughts on a subject wich is highly discussed.... i agree that youtube staff should reconsider restoring their accounts provided with an excuse
