One of the few things that actually make me proud to be from Spartanburg. A lady I work with grew up listening to Pink playing on her front porch because her Mama ran what was known then as a "liquor house." She says he turned it out every weekend. I can only imagine!!

Thanks so much for this. I met Pink's son when I was 16, when he was living with my father. That's how I really got acquainted with the blues. I'm 24 now, but I've gone and kept up Pink's grave ever since. Thank God for the blues.
