Apparently, the song is not only a sweet( strange to some) expression of his "jealousy" towards his infant son breast feeding, but he also took in a bit of breast milk at the same time! Father and son sharing mom's wealth. It isn't meant to be so literal, nor does it reflect the sexual orientation of Rufus in adulthood. Get it? Got it? Good!

This was written when Rufus was a baby, quite obviously, it's about the father being jealous of baby. Rufus describes it as it a 'beautiful vision'
