Just to clarify. I've ridden in a CTS. It seems like a really nice car and a step in the direction that Caddy has LONG needed to take. I LOVE the V edition! A lot has changed since '02. The Maxima is no longer available with a stick (only with a craptacular CVT no less) and a Cadillac of all things is...with a beautiful 558hp V8 no less. I would've laughed if you would have told me this would happen back in '02!

Dude, motortrend has the ford thunderbird as coty for 2002. One of the worst cars ever made. Motortrend takes a bunch of cars and tests them out and give us they're OPINION! Keep that caddy for a little while and see how it fares after a few thousand miles. And plus, like Captain slow from top gear said, you would think american car manufactures would give a car 4 wheel independent wheel suspension, after all, they have 4 wheels. American cars are garbage! Recycled trash!

Is that so? all the plastic that gets recycled ends up at GM plants because that is what their cars are made of. Interesting enough the cadillac is $42,000 and the maxima is $32,000 and it will still have better resale value than the caddy. an 08-09 G37 sedan is about $38-39k and it will spank the cts all day long in all performance measures.
