@MrNikeMike77 I've been able to bench 300 since I was 16 years old. but I had to take 1.5 years off before i got into working out again, due to a bad shoulder. When I came back I was doing 185 pyramid bench press. That was about 2 years ago. My bench would be higher if I would have stuck with the pyramid and not experimented with other, less effective, programs.

@ugotitpunk Thanks. I usually have headphones on when I workout. My brother was there so I didn't listen to them because we usually talk a lot during out workouts.

No question about it. Your upper-body pressing power is incredible. Bet you'll hit #395 soon with some kick ass music in the background! Always helps me...along with a partner screamin' at me!
Hey man. I just came home to find out that my mom used my gym as a stOrage it is packed with all kinds off furniture. Well anyways my lifting equipment is stuck in there. Do you think I'll be good with push ups instead of bench press?

@ceelocc1 no. Push ups will only get you so far. That is why P90x people have small chest muscles. You can't gain size with endless sets of push ups. You need a bench press
