Tutorial: Assassin's Creed hidden blade

what do you use to keep the blade from flying out? i see what i think is a screw at the end but i cant tell because of the speed of the video. Im working on a design for a dual action hidden blade so, if you could get back to me on that i would be much obliged

@comadorslinky It's a nut & bolt at the very end. It's pretty low-profile, so it doesn't affect the blade, but will stop the slide from shooting out.

Curious about exactly how you attached the drawer slide to your bracer. I saw sheet metal and electric tape and screws and then it was just attached.

@ebb0246 Think of a sandwich, with a slide on top, bracer in the middle, and metal on the bottom. Drill a hole through all these these and attach them together with a nut & bolt.

What I don't understand is how we can't recreate something that was originally invented in the late 1400's by an amazing inventor. If technology has advanced then why isn't this design improving, or at least being created properly. That still doesn't change my opinion about your video. Great.
