I do not think that this person is Charlotte Grimaldi.

It doesn't look like her very much at all - the face shape of the woman in the video is quite different than that of Charlotte Grimaldi and she looks quite a bit older than Charlotte.

Actually, She is not a princess by blood or by marriage. A daughter of a common man can't be a princess even if her mom is a princess herself ( Look at Zara Philips) except if her mother is the apparent hereditary princess but she is just the heiress presumptive and I'm sure Albert and Charlène will have a baby soon.

But she don't need this title, after all she is a socialite.
