just going on a limb i believe that zach is a close relative to york who was killed in some sort of tragic accident or something, which scarred york's memory forever, resulting in schitzophrenia, in which york constantly sees zach wherever he goes despite zachs death... am i close?

@grenadier42 its because the game is very outdated. if deadly premonition was released for the ps2 near the end of its life or the first year of the 360, like 2007, then it would have gotten a much better review, instead of it being released in 2010 and getting a bad review because of its outdatedness, a good game nonetheless from what i see, but for ign if it comes out at a certain date, it has to keep up with everything else behind it, even toprate games like fallout, borderlands, cod, tc.

I live in Washington, and I can tell you that although the town in this game is fictional there are numerous towns in this state that look pretty much like this, weather included.

I also just noticed that he came out of that wreck and acted like it's just a normal everyday thing for him to crash a company car in a random forest in the middle of nowhere.
