thats weird...they shouldnt decide that kind of stuff for you shouldnt they? i know last year that our family applied for a cat at petco and they declined us because we were goona declaw them.

@Nickidewbear we don't know what he is. He came from a shelter ... someone taped him in a box and left him on the side of the road. :( I'll have to look into Russian Whites, because I know he's some sort of different breed of cat.

i have no intention of getting him declawed, so don't worry. I've trained him to the point where he knows it's bad to scratch me. I refuse to pet him if he starts scratching or biting. He's gotten a lot better about it.
