    Well I've been using this standing desk for 7 months now. As far as leg pains, no problem. Sometimes my hip flexors feel a little sore after a long day but that's the extent of it.

    TWO things to keep in mind. One is you NEED to stand on a fatigue mat.

    Two, you NEED to have a barstool type chair to sit in. I find myself alternating between sitting for 2-3 minutes and standing for 4-5 minutes. This constant cycle rests the legs, keeps the blood flowing, and is very comfortable over long periods.

    i like to do 20 min sitting 10 min standing but lately i have increased that to 20 min standing and 20 min sitting

    Standing isn't healthy, sitting isn't healthy. You want to move. I'd rather sit and cut 300 calories from my food intake than ruining my joints.

    I dont have access to a fatigue mat yet (im ordering it soon), how would a pillow or something similar work until i get it in?

    if u are havin trouble standing, hold in a huge poop for along time and clench your butt cheeks as hard as you can to not poop yourself until the sensation goes away, itll come backeventually but its worth grinding for that extra honor to buy your season 12 pvp gear and slay some novies in alterec valley. plus no homo it feels kind of good after u squeeze i out after a whileeee
