Possibly... S3 is a small-scale sustainable infrastructure development fund that is bringing together technology, resources and guidance to individuals in India's informal economy. Their aim is to bring about change in a lot of small pockets leading to something much bigger.

This family of three has gone from making about Rs.10000 a month to 5 times as much as entrepreneurs in the informal economy.
