Fallout New Vegas- "Very Hard" Character Build

This is a character build designed to conquer even the most difficult battles on Very Hard difficulty in Fallout New Vegas, without depending on gimmick weapons like the Alien Blaster. It revolves around massively increasing critical hit percentages and damage bonuses to make a particular set of weapons obscenely powerful.

I spent a good deal of time on this video, so any suggestions/comments/thumbs up would be appreciated. Unfortunately I had to cut out a bit to keep it in the 15 minute limit, but the important gameplay commentary is there.

Points I wasn't able to bring up in the commentary:
-You need the Cowboy perk to boost the power of the Ranger Sequoia. This also makes the cowboy repeater much more powerful, which is useful until you get the Sniper Rifle.
-I recommend using Psycho/Med-X liberally, the power bonus is very noticeable and I always use it before difficult fights (such as against deathclaws)
-Confirmed Bachelor also gives free access to Arcade Gannon's quest and in pre-patched games may also entitle you to free repairs from Major Knight
-The Gobi Scout Rifle in this build is vastly superior to ANY build using the anti-materiel rifle. This is the best sniper rifle in the game, hands down.
-That being said, the anti-materiel rifle is still a great weapon for companions. You will need to use a skill magazine to get the 100 Repair skill needed to make hand loader AMR rounds.
-The main reason I like Maria is because it's very cheap to repair and buy ammo for. The 12.7 mm pistol is pretty dang powerful too, though you need to do a special sidequest to start buying the ammo for it in bulk.

meh...good build but if you really wanna have fun and wreck shit kamikaze, built to destroy, 10 agil, you really only need 6 luck any more than that is a waste even more so if wearing 1st recon cap, 8 end, shotgun surgeon, gunslinger, fast reload, run and gun, toughness x2, finess, better criticals, plus implants, go to gibson scrap yard shoot the big boomer out of old lady gibsons hand or kill her your choice lol load that bad mutha up with slug ammo and enjoy

I might replay the game in berry hard mode... I like I intelligence, it maKes getting 100 in gun or lock pick so easy

You're wrong the gobi campaign scout rifle is only a 2x critical chance multiplier. You only need 7 endurance to get every implant but the regenerating one that's practically worthless and you should only take 8 agility and use the small frame trait and only 5 strength and get the weapon handling perk. I guess you made this before the dlc's but you also get one more strength as soon as you start old world blues which is where Christine's sniper rifle is that's arguably better than the gobi.
