@northpine Thanks for the video. I am having trouble with the Huo Zhou Gong exercise which involves moving both your arms in circles. Help appreciated thanks.

Never mind the name... the movements are not from the dantian... you could use what you do much more if you move from the center!
Good practice.
Tong Bei means relaxing all the time, as all internal martial arts, and yes, Tong Bei uses warming up and cooling down exercises, for example such as shaking the wrists (amongst many others)...

*nei gong. And neigong is an inherent part of all Chinese martial arts, especially those with a major internal side. Unless you are talking about something other than Baiyuan Tongbeiquan, you should really know that one of the main facets of tongbei is arm lengthening and relaxation, to provide a longer and more powerful spiralling strike.

This isn't Tong Bei nor does Tong bei have any relaxation exercises.... What a joke...
actually, there are also loosening back, waist, hip, knee etc, stretching, and hard hitting practices etc.
