  • that has to be an m60a3 not a1. it has all the components of the a3 like the laser rangefinder and commanders' machine gun turret on top.

  • @kalinga01 Sorry, but it is indeed an A1. All standard M60 MBTs had the commander's cupola with .50 cal, so that's not a distinguishing feature. Also, there is no cover on the right hand side range finder blister, so the coincidence range finder has not been replaced with the LRF.

  • @kalinga01 It's an M60A1 RISE and though it is sporting grenade launchers it also has the old large searchlight. But in any case, no LRF, no windsensor, no thermal shroud; not an M60A3.

  • If I had the money I'd buy a Patton. Its just cool all the way around. Maybe I'd even get lucky enough to buy a DS1 veteran. But untill I have the funds it'll have to be models and driving them in world of tanks.

  • These pure American tanks were so cool. I don't understand why they didn't adopt the M103 heavy tank in large numbers though. It was not too expensive and its problems, like the underpowered engine, were solved in the later versions. So why didn't they adopt it. It was a big mistake by not adopting it. The truth is the Americans emphasized on tanks much less than the soviets & this was a mistake. This lead to the soviets gaining the advantage in armor force during the Cold War.

  • Just because a tank looks big doesn't mean the there's alot of room on the inside. There are alot of things that you have to take into consideration. First and foremost is ammo storage. Then not to mention the breach of the gun. The bigger the gun, the bigger the breach. The list goes on and on. I feel pretty confident in saying that the M-103 is most likely just as cramped as any other tank.

  • @italydogpink yeah its cool

  • @okievit well maybe i mistook them cause they had been upgraded with fittings similar to those on the a3.

  • @MasterJericho85 You're right, sorry. Hit the wrong button I guess.

  • The Centurion at the begining looks sooo much better....
