1993 Short film by David Markey starring Thurston Moore, Kim Gordon, Julie Kafritz, Mark Ibold. There was a new guitar effect pedal on the market at the time, and members of Sonic Youth and Free Kitten try it on for size. From the DVD "Cut Shorts" (Short Films and Music Videos by David Markey)

They are lyrics to various songs by Southern California early 80's bands Saccharine Trust, Red Cross, Sin 34, and Circle One. Mostly they come from a compilation lp called "Public Service" on Smoke 7 Records.
