Anyway, RIP Isaac Hayes. Whatever his motivation was, it seemed highly hypocritical, especially in light of what he had to say regarding the episode when it aired originally...

Scientology tried to ruin my favorite toon. Too bad they miscalculated just how engrained into popular culture Matt & Trey's South Park is.

Most of the time, the inept 'handling' that Scientologists feel the need to do causes plenty of it's own bad PR. Talk about a hypocritical stand on the part of Isaac Hayes. Catholics? Jews? Muslims? Fair game but mention Scientology and he takes his ball and goes home. REAL PROFESSIONAL, ISAAC HAYES. REAL MATURE.

Too bad it was just the dubbing he did. I mean the real Chef woulda told it to Oprah and then "lay her down by the fire".
