The single Treasury plan emerged in Brussels yesterday as Europe's finance ministers tried to find a way out of the crisis engulfing the eurozone. A full-scale rescue plan could cost about £1.75 trillion.

British sources said Mr Van Rompuy, who is regarded as being close to the German government, suggested plans for a "finance ministry" to be based either in Frankfurt or Paris. The EU already has its own "foreign ministry", headed by Baroness Ashton, the former British Labour minister, based in Brussels.

So now the current challenges facing the EU is beginning to make more sense. Regardless as to whether or not this was all planned, as some may think, the fact of the matter is, the current crisis in Europe is going to further unify and consolidate the continent and it's looking like Germany will play a dominate role in leading it.

Hungary has refused to ask money from the IMF. After than Hungarian forint was attached by speculators by short-selling. The exchange rate has dropped against the Euro. The country's dept has increased by the exchange rate with no internal economic event and became unplayable. Now Hungary is forced to ask money from IMF which has got austerity demands. This is a piloted forcing other countries into borrowing money from IMF.

There's another issue about Hungary. The New constitution says, "God bless Hungarians", Marriage is a union of a woman and a man, human life starts at the fecundation. This was utterly attached by European Union as a damage to EU values and they are anti-democratic measures. Ok, but we like this way. People are going out to protest freely saying that they have no right to go out freely to protest and Hillary Clinton goes to the media saying that in Hungary there is no freedom of expression.
