Part 8. Questions 2: Why Spain? --- English at EOI Getafe. Oral Presentation in an Avanzado 2 lesson. Rocío decided to invite her friend Alan to speak about his country. They decided to present this activity as a TV show, where Rocío plays the part of the host and Alan is the interviewed guest. The class also decided something: as a little thank you present, Alan got a copy of Alexie's "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian," which is the book they read (and enjoyed!) this term. Rocío was concerned here: she said "before to finish" though she perfectly knows that after prepositions we need to use the -ing forms supposing we are not using verbs in the personal form.

She wants to correct that and say: "before finishing".
