An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life...

"A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.

"One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, and ego.

"The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.

"This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf will win?"

The old chief simply replied,
"The one you feed."

What is important is how we treat each other - not the presents.

"joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith" are feelings from our spirit.

Mind, body and Spirit must live together.

I try to let my Spirit rule and temper the fear & anger & craziness that my mind can produce.

Our spirits are all part of ...& ONE with the Great Spirit.

When I spend time there, I find peace.

It really is about the 1... The pivotal point of perfection is Peace & to unite Good with Bad is the expression of Love, never try to defeat the other, its impossible, realize you are 1 of 2 halves. This is not necessarily a struggle but a journey a Spiritual experience uniting the 2 to become 1. Don,t waste the opportunity of what Human Life is all about. Who is winning in you will reflect who is winning globally. This is not about winning... This is about uniting. Great video. PEACE.
