@Kharmazov Incorrect. Every brain has difference, thus differing "personalities". What you are doing is locked to human perception of "personality". To use animals we are closer; do dogs have differing personalities? I have had several dogs and cats, and it is fairly easy to notice great difference in their behaviour.

A fetus, before a central nervous system is formed, has no personality. It is as present as any vegetable. Without CNS there is no "personality".

No they cannot.You and I enjoy the benefits of modern developed society and thus have

a choice when it comes to daily menu.In ages past and in many parts of the world today

many people simply have to consume meat in order to obtain the requaired calories due to local conditions.Same goes for other primates.Additionaly you constantly compare a member of human race to othe species.A cow has no personality no idividuality .A human even a fetus will have it all and more.

@Kharmazov We are omnivores and like all primates can, without difficulty, live without meat. If your argument is that normality equals the natural and naturality equals morality, rape, murder of children and other natural phenomena is acceptable.

Allmost all legistalion are more or less based on context.Morality and ethics are purely human conteptc but in the end they are actually quite practicle.They root out certrian undiserible behaviours and promote those deemed beneficial.

No it is not murder it is simple natural proces or food chain.Some species are carnivores others feed on plants.Some like humans are omnivores.It is asimple matter of evolution.

Once agian that is your definition same applies for the racist that considers other ethnicities subhuman.

@Kharmazov I agree. Murder in itself is not wrong, it is the treath of death that makes people who are alive and thinking about it make it illegal. I would not want my doctor to be killed; I need him. I would not like my children to die; I love them. I would not want to die, I love my life. Etc etc.

Death itself is guaranteed, and when I die I will not no longer exist thus I will not object to being dead. ;)

@Kharmazov The same applies both ways; I am a vegan. For me all life with a central nervous system is sacred. By the same logic the consumption of meat is murder.

Who should decide? In this case, abortion of a fetus before a central nervous system is present causes me to define that no life is present, thus I opt to not comment above the will of the mother, but I still position myself as negative to the practice of abortion on a purely intellectal level.

Your logic is flawed.If a racist considers a person of any other ethnicy then his own

as a non-human(sub-human etc.), and commits a murder are his actions justified??

As for the accident like you've said the key is the intent wich is present when during the abortion.

There is a fatal flaw in your logic my friend.The Fetus will form into a person if not as it will grow and develop uninterrupted,a semen won't do such thing on its own.Amd as for carrying if somenone cuts your head off with a hachet you will not also care afterwards,same as a fetus that's get aborted.
