@sirexodia It's not just about the pain, it's about the damage it would cause no matter how high pain tolerance you have, or lack of nerve endings. And say what you will but I don't think there's much you can do to condition testicles to the point that you can take a direct full force kick and be ok. As for research....as soon as I meet one of these people I'm gonna research a kick in their balls and see what happens.

@mrkiky Most pain is in the mind this can be seen when a person in pain is distracted. The rest could come from pain tolerance training, deadening of the nerves, or the method of breaking and healing and breaking again. There is also good chance this is just outright fake, but you should always be skeptical but use your skepticism to drive thought and research, not saying that you don't but you seemed off putting on the idea of research
