This time-lapsed video demonstrates the breakthrough, high-tech Reactive Layers Coating™ process that gives POLYON its trademarked GREEN color and the special, controlled-release properties formulated to suit the particular environment and growing conditions in your area.
The process begins by carefully selecting fertilizer granules that are smooth, hard, uniform in size and dust free to ensure we obtain a more even coating and better nutrient delivery.

After a quality inspection, the granules are heated and coated with monomer A, which adheres to the surface of the granule. Then monomer B is applied, and it chemically bonds with monomer A to create a superior polymer coating (as seen in video).

Our exclusive coating technology gives POLYON a uniform coating, ensuring gradual and consistent nutrient release for an entire season.
