I have to say Korean school system sounds very stressing... long days, tests after tests. The Finnish system is a lot more relaxed, children are not pushed, less school hours than anywhere else - but still top results.

no crips, no bloods, no crack, no guns, no knives, no untied sneakers, no hats worn sideways, two parents, accountability, breakfast at home. Schools can concentrate on academics because pupils have learned right from wrong at home. Simple.
