@byronwinter thank you, why don't you tell your friend to join my juice feasting page on facebook? that way they can do it with others. and not feel alone.

Exactly! On your comment about fearing getting below a certain number. I've been stuck between 160 and 163 for five years. I had gained 25 pounds after taking medications and can't seem to take it off. My mom passes in February and I lost six pounds. I totally sabotaged myself and gained it back. I think there is something I'm fearing . . . I don't know what it is. But what you said makes a lot of sense. I need to examine what I'm afraid of.

@HappinessIsNow good for you, journalling will help with that, getting things down on paper clears your head of fog. and also helps you see patterns..:)

I know how you feel. Juice feasting hit me emotionally too and I told my partner that I think I needed to see a therapist because all of these old things I thougth I was over was coming back suddenly. He said to try to hang in there this one last time, and if I really can't get through it, then we'll get a therapist. But this stuff is stuff from my teenage years, so Angela's and your theory really hits the nail on the head in my opinion. Old stuff comes back and youre forced to see it.
