Nintendo's third console, the Nintendo 64. The console with 64bits and introduce true 3D graphics. This is also the begining of the 3D Mario game starting with Super Mario 64. Unique game control with the introduction of the analog stick. The is also accessories and an add-on to the Nintendo 64:

Controller Pak: Save high scores and transfer to a friend's game.

4MB Ram Expansion Pak: Improve graphics and performance on games, especially needed for Doneky Kong 64.

Rumble Pak: The introduction to rumble feature in gaming, bundled with Star Fox 64.

Nintendo 64 Disk Drive System (Japan-Only): Featured add-on to the Nintendo 64 to expand game play. It is some sort of answer to the cd-rom system of the Playstation. Voice Recognition: Use for Hey You Pikachu and Densha de Go! 64(Go by Train 64(Japan-Only)). It is the official headset for the console. Note that the US version is differ than the Japanese version, the US, the mic has to be connected behind the controller, while the Japanese version is an actual headset.

Transfer Pak (not shown): An accessories that connect behind the controller, it transfer data to and from the Gameboy to the N64, mostly used in Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, and Pokemon Stadium.

  • Normally saves data are in the cartridge, as for controller pak, they are normally used for saving scores and trnasfer them to your friend's game. If the game says you need a controller pak to save, then I guess just save it there.

    As for Virtual Boy, hmmm, I could say it's a console, but Nintendo probably do not wasnt to associate with it.
