This just might be historic now that VCRs are dying. Maybe it'll help clean the heads in your hard drives, too! ;-) Oh, and so sorry if you really believed that!

  • @Everything1998 Finally some one understands.

  • You know, I wish I can have Memorex someday.

  • @outatime1955 CD's are uncompressed. DIRTBAG!!!! DVD's compress the VIDEO, not usually the audio.

  • YouTube;s tape path is clogged. it's tugging backwards.

  • Analog compression artifacts = smudged picture or failing CRT steering.

  • @eyeh8nbc They're Piece of Shits. Older VCRs FTW!!! Plus, my relatives have a VCR/DVD Combo, and the tapes don't rewind anymore. I like my Sanyo VWM-710 VCR. I actually found old VCRs from the 1980s-1990s on eBay and Thrift Stores that are relatively cheap nowadays, but eBay sellers are asking for more than $100 for an old VCR since the older VCRs (Betw/ $60-$300) are in mint condition!!!! :D

  • @WinVistaUser2 Those things are junk- either the VCR or DVD side dies within a few months. Compare that to my 23 year old Zenith VCR that is still going! They should have gone all-out on the VCRs in the combo decks, with linear stereo capability (for old tapes) and D-Theater playback.

  • 1:11 epic bass as the tape feed ends. :D

Man, this takes me back to the good old days!

  • For some reason, those colored bars used to freak me out as a kid.

  • They still make VCRs, but they are VCR/DVD and VCR/DVD Recorder Combos. I have a 2002 Sanyo VWM-710 VCR that I got at a thrift store for $7.49 and I stil have the VCR/DVD Combo, but the VCR on the VCR/DVD Combo is dying.

  • @outatime1955

I say, vinyl records are the best.

    Go for them.

  • Please stop and rewind tape now.

  • Perhaps with a better sampling, more info, the digital would be as good as an analog recording.

  • Nice video my dear virtual friend!

  • I love analog!

  • analog for the win!!

  • I still record stuff on VHS!

  • wow ! amazing! :)

  • lol.

  • I think they have.

  • Interesting stuff:)

How'bout putting it on DVDs? XD
