actually I but mine 4 50 dollars and it is perfect. I have had it for more than 5 months and there are alot of scratches on the case. and without a doubt if i didnt have the case, those scratches would have been on my macbook pro!!!

It does not I'v had mine for 6 mouths and I'v had no trouble the edges are really smooth
