Anyone who has the audacity to criticize these athletes for protecting their health has obviously never been to China or come even close to achieving a lifelong goal.Why would they risk infection that would effect their performance due to the fact that Beijing is a polluted mess? it's one thing to put on a mask when you go outside to train because you worry about the air quality. it's quite another to wear a mask right off of an airplane. beijing international is one of the nicest terminals in the world and it's just plain insulting when you go to another country with a message like "we think you people are diseased".
