@connor011098 That's what the police do in the Phillipines. Kidnapping cases are handled with extreme prejudice. Suspects are shot on sight if circumstantial evidence is blatant enough.

More superhero's should be like roarshach. I mean if superman found a child killer he would punch him once or twice and take him to jail. But roarshach doesnt even give the murderer a chance and kills him on the spot. Superman should be ashamed.
