It was Lan's birthday. MegaMan decides to give him a gift from the Net, so he went out when Lan was asleep, but suddenly, Faltzer appeared!

As Lan cannot operate MegaMan, he can't use BattleChips, but some viruses allies will came to help him. Will MegaMan survive to Faltzer revenge?
