What a magnificent marquee! One of the few I know of that's kept in full operating condition almost comstantly, whereas many others have had the chasing neon circuits patched to the wrong tubes or in the wrong order, or have colors of neon that don't match the paint job (LA's Orpheum was this way for years - pink and green neon on orange and yellow paint - and its animation is still a bit wonky)
