My hair always gets slit ends!! Any ideas how to stop it and make it grow quicker?

Orange juice is supposed to make fingernails and hair grow faster and healthier. But since it's au naturale, it might not make that big a difference. It works for me, but my hair and nails grow long naturally.

Split ends can be fixed by trimming them, then conditioner more at the ends and not only at the roots.

well my hair was below by bust and then i cut it just above my sholders.i liked it the first two weeks, after that i wanted my long hair back. but there is an amazing hair care product by paul mitchell that makes your hair grow a LOT faster than it does by itself. my hair has been growing very fast with that product.
