Sorry, but all we get is sound, no picture.

So this is a 4 cylinder locomotive right? I was reading about the different crank phasing used in the fours. The Lord Nelson apparently was arranged to have 8 small-[er] chuffs every 45 degrees and if I understand correctly the Duchess class have a 4 large chuffs every 90 degrees. Is there any truth behind those statements?

The Nelsons had two outside cylinders working the middle axle set at 90 degrees and two inside working the leading axle at 90 degrees, but set at 45 degrees to the outside pair. Gives an even fire draft, but needs four sets of valve gear.
An analogy and is not technically correct: Imagine a pair of two cylinder locos; each will give four beats per revolution, but, they are set so one locos cranks are 45 degrees in advance of the other loco you hear an exhaust beat each eighth revolution.

You are quite correct, on 6201 you can count 4 exhaust beats per wheel revolution. The Lord Nelson has a different arrangement of valve gear resulting in 8 exhaust beats per revolution.

This engine is a 4 cylinder, the easiest way to explain it is that it has 4 beats for each revolution of a driving wheel, a lord nelson class has 8 beats per revolution.
