At 0:37, Dean is sleeping with a look of peaceful contentment on his face, but it looks like someone had been sleeping next to him. There is the imprint of a body on the sheets and the pillow next to him. The full scene had the camera scan over to Sam in the next bed, wide awake, scanning his laptop but it doesn't look like Sam had really been sleeping in this bed. This scene made me think that the brothers had something deeper between them than brotherly love. I was hooked after that.
