Ah, it's so sad! The part where Charles gets shot and Erik just looks back with a "what have I done?" shocked look on his face is just tragic.

@bttrflymagic I feel guilty that I'm making everyone cry but I know it's a compliment in a weird way! I'm glad everyone's responding to it as well as they are, I certainly didn't expect it!

wait i don't get it in x-men 3 the last stand where charlies and erik go see young jean and in x-men origin of wolverine charlies is standing and walking but charlies got shot at the end of x-men first class? can someone explain that to me please.

@Caseygirl782005 well they were made by diff people and they were kinda trying to ignore previously established facts for this movie. For instance Scott was the first Summers brother with Charles in the other movies and comics but they decided Alex was more interesting. Filmakers choice I guess.

including their older counter part in this one really REALLY made it something special. idk if it was your intention, but its really powerful to me in the sense that the first chorus it was Erik who left Charles. and then the second one.. well. Charles left Erik, for good. jahfjahgjasghjahgjahlk lemme just sob over the perfection, okay? TT__TT
