This is a very interesting video. I especially like the way his head moves down and back, can you say spring! Not only does he coil around his spine, but he coils his legs for power too... OMG

P.S. Don't try this at home kids you'll crap yourself if your lucky and snap your spine if you're not.

Google David Leadbetter interactive and look for the phrase "free swing analysis software included". It's a version of V1 Home.
