thank you so much for all the shoulder rehab/prehab videos. I am a powerlifter and I had really bad neck/upper back pain which I treated with all kinds of stretching and mobility work. It had never occured to me that all this pain could originate from a scapula instability. Your explanations made me seek professional help from a physio and after two weeks of exercises (all pretty similar to the ones you demonstrate) I am pain free for the first time in six months and starting training again soon
