I had purchased this cart along with a bunch of others ages ago but didnt know the name. Recently on assembler forums (www.assemblergames.com) I found out it is called Sakigake!! Otokojuku Shippu Ichi Gou Sei which is based on the Sakigake!! Otokojuku anime from japan

@liverpool7592 You're welcome, Personally I only uploaded this footage to find out what this game was called since I got it in an auction and the seller just called it "some japanese game with anime guys on the label". I changed the video title when I found out the name.

The anime was never brought to any english speaking countries, if it had been then it would of had a chance of getting an english version.
